Vacuuming and mopping of all accessible floors, removal of light rubble, plaster dust and plastic coverings from fixtures.
Detail cleaning of fixtures
Wiping doors, frames, skirtings, window sills, light switches, sockets, cupboards (inside and outside) and built-in furniture.
Kitchen & bathroom focus
Descaling taps, polishing sanitaryware, degreasing tiles, cleaning inside and outside of cupboards, and wiping appliances in place.

Post-construction cleans are usually quoted after an assessment. These ranges help you budget.
Limitations
What we don't do
We want to be upfront about what falls outside our scope.
Heavy construction rubble
We don't remove full skip loads of rubble, broken bricks, concrete or soil – these are quoted separately.
Structural and snag work
No fixing of paint runs, cracks, snagging, carpentry or tiling corrections – we only clean.
High-risk access
No work on scaffolding, roofs or unsafe ladders. External high-rise glass work excluded.
